Warranty watches

The warranty time frame is two (2) years from the date of purchase.

The Warranty covers defects related to the manufacturing of the watch and is limited to :

 

• The movement

• The case

• The crystal glass

 

Defect of watch caused by everyday use (normal wear, tear and aging of the watch) is not covered by the warranty.

Defect of watch caused by swimming, showering or otherwise in activities involving direct contact with water is not covered by the warranty (Nikolaj Redmayne watches are water resistant, NOT water proof).

Replacement of battery is not covered by the warranty.

 

 

Applicable laws & Jurisdiction

Agreements between Nikolaj Redmayne and customers are regulated by Swedish Law and all disputes are to be settled in a Swedish Court of Law. Nikolaj Redmayne apply to the recommendations and guidelines of the Swedish Consumer Agency (Konsumentverket). Legislation in different countries may vary for customers regarding the use of this website, and you are therefore obliged to abide to any laws and/or regulations that might apply in this sense.

 

 

Amendments

Nikolaj Redmayne reserves the exclusive right to a revision of these Terms & Conditions, which may be realized at any time convenient. Hence it is the customer’s responsibility to keep informed of the terms & condition being in force at the time of the purchase, constituting the agreement between Nikolaj Redmayne and the customer.

 

 

Termination of account

Nikolaj Redmayne reserves the right to unilaterally terminate, at any time convenient and without prior notice, any customer accounts and/or use of the Nikolaj Redmayne website if breach of these Terms & Conditions is assessed to be the case.

 

 

Retention of title

 

The title to the goods remains vested in Nikolaj Redmayne until the buyer fulfils the obligations of payment of the purchase price.

 

 

Consumer Rights

You have the right to cancel an order at any time within (30) days, beginning on the day after you received the Goods. To cancel an order and return the Goods, you have to inform Nikolaj Redmayne first either by post or email or via any viable method of communication within those thirty (30) days. Then you must return the Goods to Nikolaj Redmayne within thirty (30) days after the day of delivery. When Nikolaj Redmayne have received the returned Goods, Nikolaj Redmayne will check that it is in the same condition as it was when Nikolaj Redmayne sent it to you. Once this is checked and confirmed, Nikolaj Redmayne will refund the same amount you payed when you ordered the Goods.

Delivery and Shipping

Products in stock are normally delivered within the number of working days set forth on the Website. Unless otherwise agreed (e.g. in connection with reservation of products not in stock), delivery will be made no later than 30 working days after Nikolaj Redmayne AB has confirmed the order in writing through the order confirmation. Further information about Nikolaj Redmayne´s delivery of products and the conditions for delivery are set forth here.

The expected delivery time is set forth in the order confirmation, at the checkout and/or on the current product page on the Website. Unless otherwise expressly agreed and if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 working days and it is not due to you as Customer, you are entitled to cancel the purchase.

If any package shall be picked up at a specific delivery point, the Customer shall do so within the time specified in the notification. Packages shall normally be retrieved personally with valid identification and order number. The Customer will receive a notification of delivery stating when and where the package shall be picked-up or received. The notification may be made by e-mail, ordinary mail and if the Customer has provided a correct mobile number, also by phone or SMS.

Please read the terms & conditions for the payment gateway chosen for the transaction as they are responsible for the transactions made.

 

 

Return Policy

 

Any watch purchased from our website can be returned within thirty (30) days from the date the watch was received. This requires that the watch is returned in the same new state it was in when being shipped off to the customer (unused, without defects and damage, still in its box with protective stickers, plastic covers and unbroken seals).

Shipping costs for returning the watch/product to us may be charged to the customer.

Nikolaj Redmayne is not held responsible for any watches/products being lost in the process of returning them.

Local Taxes

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur, depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are regulated at the customers’ own expense.
